1. In the Flendy app
- Open the Flendy app and sign in.
- Open your Profile and tap Account and privacy to reach Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete my account and confirm.
- You’ll see “Requested”, and we’ll email you when it’s done.
2. On the web
Creators
- Sign in at flendy.co and open Profile (flendy.co/creator/profile).
- In the privacy section, choose Delete my account and confirm.
Brands and team members
- Sign in at flendy.co and open Settings › Account.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
- If you’re the only owner of a company, make someone else an owner in Settings › Team first.
3. By email
Can’t sign in, or no longer have the app? Email privacy@flendy.co from the address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. If you write from another address we’ll ask you to confirm it’s you. Not on Flendy, but we contacted you? Use the remove-me link in our message, or email us with your handle.
4. Before we can delete it
So nobody loses money, we finish these first. The app tells you which applies.
- Money ready to withdraw: withdraw it first.
- Money on hold: wait for it to clear, then withdraw it.
- A withdrawal on its way: wait for it to land.
- Deals still running: finish or cancel them.
- Only owner of a company: hand ownership to someone else.
You can withdraw your request until it’s done. We complete deletion within 30 days of the request, once nothing is outstanding.
5. What we delete and what we keep

Deleting your Flendy account doesn’t delete your posts on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. You can also remove Flendy’s access from those apps’ settings at any time. Backups roll off on our provider’s schedule.
6. Just want a copy, or a smaller change?
- Download my data, next to the delete option, and we’ll email you a copy of everything we hold: a .zip with one JSON file and a spreadsheet (CSV) for each section.
- You can disconnect a single social account, change your details, or turn off notifications without deleting anything.
